用途
When used on a mob or a fence, balloons will attach to the mob or block, similarly to a lead. Balloons will float into the air, but will be kept grounded if tied to a fence. If tied to a mob, the balloon will float away and carry the mob high into the air, before both eventually despawn.
When being shot by an arrow or a trident, it will pop and be destroyed. It drops nothing after being popped. You can smack the balloon with any direction (when tied to fence post) and it won't burst, instead it will give way to the direction you are pushing it from.
