- The target to be spectated. Must be a single entity or player. If blank, makes the target stop spectating.
- player

- Fails if the arguments are not specified correctly, if player fails to resolve to one or more online players, or the target selectors allow multiple entities.
- On success, causes a player to spectate another entity or stop spectating.
