源泉（英：Spring）は、ワールドで生成される単一の液体の単位であり、通常は空間に伴って流れ出ている。液体の源泉には、大きく分けて3つの種類がある。

源泉の種類

通常の源泉

最も身近な種類の源泉で、水や溶岩のものが石の側面に生成される。これらは一般的に崖の側面や洞窟内で生成され、溶岩の源泉は山火事の原因となることも多い。

通常の源泉は一定の高度以上では発生しない。^{[情報提供依頼]}

天井の源泉

これらの種類の源泉はネザーのみで、溶岩のもののみ生成される。その名の通り、天井でのみ生成され、液体は真下に流れる。ネザーではよくみられるものであり、溶岩が広がっているために地形の横断が困難になることがある。

隠れた溶岩

HiddenlavainNether — クォーツ鉱石の近くにある隠れた溶岩源泉。

他の種類の源泉とは異なり、隠れて生成される。これらはネザーで採掘する際に発見すると特に危険なため、注意が必要である。
